How do I buy a gift card?
To buy your gift card, simply choose the value, then order and pay online. If you wish, you will be able to add a gift message during the ordering process. We will handwrite your message on the gift card holder, supplied with the gift card.

We can deliver the gift cards to any Jersey or UK address, so you can choose to send to yourself, or send the gift directly to the recipient.

If you live in Jersey, you can also buy a gift card from our team at any of our restaurants or cafés (excluding Jersey Airport).

How long will the gift card take to arrive?
We dispatch gift cards within 2 working days.
The delivery time depends on the postal service, but usually takes 1 – 3 working days for Jersey addresses, and 3 – 5 working days for UK addresses. Please note that delivery times may be longer if the postal service is particularly busy, so we would advise leaving plenty of time for your gift card to arrive.

If you need your gift card more quickly, you can also buy a card from our team at any of our restaurants or cafés (excluding Jersey Airport).

How are your gift cards posted?
We send gift cards using Jersey Post’s ‘Signed For’ delivery service. All cards are delivered in a gift card holder – we will write your gift message on here, if you choose to add one. If not, we will leave the holder blank so that you can add a message yourself.

Where can gift cards be posted to?
We can deliver to any address in Jersey or the UK.

Can the gift card be delivered on a specific date?
Unfortunately we can’t arrange delivery on a named day.

If you are ordering for a specific occasion, we are happy to add a note to the envelope before posting (e.g. ‘to be opened on 25th December’). Please get in touch as soon as you have placed your order to request this, by contacting our Head Office using the Contact Form on our website.

Where can the gift cards be spent?
Gift cards can be redeemed against food or drinks from any of our JPRestaurants restaurants or cafés (Banjo, Oyster Box, Jersey Crab Shack, and Café Ubé).

How long are your gift cards valid?
All gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
